Operations Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated, organised and self motivated Operations Manager to help us keep our saunas running smoothly and support our amazing team. You’ll be involved in everything from day-to-day site coordination to operational planning and staff support, working closely with our Founder to ensure we continue delivering heart-led experienced for our community.

• 24 hours per week (minimum 3 days, flexible hours + occasional weekends)

• 6 month fixed term contract with potential to extend

• Based across our three sites
