Dalkeith Country Park
Soul Water Sauna at Dalkeith Country Park - Where heat meets nature in the heart of autumn.
Step into the warmth of our Wandering Bear sauna, surrounded by open skies, ancient woodland, and the gentle murmur of the River Esk. Feel the calm settle in as you breathe with the forest, relax into the deep, soft heat, and let nature take over. Between rounds, cool off under the wide sky, listen to the rustle of the trees, and feel the seasons shift around you.
After your sauna, gather by the fire pit — share quiet moments, good conversation, or simple stillness as the light changes across the forest. Stay a little longer with a coffee at Restoration Yard, wander the woodland trails, or make it a family day out with a visit to Fort Douglas.
