Thermal contrast offers so many health benefits for ADHD. Whether diagnosed, self-diagnosed or even curious about ADHD - everyone is welcome.
Arrive at 7pm to enjoy freshly foraged nettle, birch and mint tea before entering sauna portal at 7:15pm. We’ll start with a grounding arrival in the healing hug of the heat. An opportunity to chat and/or listen to others whilst sauna rituals are shared.
Finishing up with more rehydrating and calming tea at 8:45pm

This sauna master guided introduction to Pirtis includes traditional leaf whisking, lovingly prepared salt scrub and a delicious birch sap sensory experience (for up to 5 guests) preparing you for the summer months ahead.
Come welcome something new, release the old, or simply soak in the season, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and fully connect.

We’ll guide you through the practice of whisking with birch or oak branches, a traditional way to invigorate the body and clear the mind.
After the sauna, cool down with a delicious serving of Šaltibarščiai—Lithuania’s famous cold beetroot soup, a vibrant pink dish that’s a true taste of the country’s culinary culture. It’s the perfect way to refresh and relax.
This event isn’t just about the sauna—it’s about sharing culture and connection. We invite guests to share their experiences of Lithuania, its sauna culture and its place in daily life, as well as taste the flavours that have been passed down through generations.

Step into Soul Water stillness. Join us on Sundays for a slower rhythm—an invitation to soften, to listen, and to just be. The site is calm, the atmosphere gentle. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, allowing space for reflection and quiet connection.
End your week with quiet clarity. Sunday is a natural invitation to reflect, reset, and breathe before a new week begins. Let the warmth of the sauna and the calm of the sea hold you as you transition into Monday, grounded and recharged.
